Tank Rent Review and Post is used to select tank rent due each month. FuelMor tracks tank rentals by month for a yearly tank rent charge to be applied. FuelMor allows you to select the Month that tank rentals are due and then post invoices for the tank rents.
Tank Rental Plans are managed at hamburger, FuelMor Settings, Tank Rental Plans.
Tank Rental Plan is applied to a tank at customer account, Tanks, view, Settings.
Review and Post Tank Rent
- Go to hamburger, Tanks, Review & Post Rent.
- Click on Month drop dop down, select month, click on Search.
- Check top box to select all or check specific boxes for tanks to add to a batch.
- Click on Add to add to a batch.
- To edit post date, name or memo, click on Edit. Then click on Save.
- To delete batch, click on Delete.
- Click on Review & Post.
- Click on Post.
Note: Customers with Email Billing Method will have invoice emailed. Customers with Address Billing Method you may print to paper by going to hamburger, Invoices, Batches, Generate PDFs.
