Purpose: Edit, Assign or Cancel a customer delivery
Prerequisite: Customer delivery that is unassigned. An uncompleted route.
Location: Search/Customer/Deliveries/View

Customer Delivery Edit

1. Click on a view for a delivery.
2. Click on Edit.

3. Make changes to delivery.

4. Click on Save.


Customer Delivery Assign (to a route)

1. Click on a view for a delivery.

2. Click on Assign.

3. Click on drop down for Route and select a route.

4. Click on Save.


Customer Delivery Cancel
1. Click on view for a delivery.
2. Click on Cancel.

3. Enter a reason (optional).

4. Click on Cancel Delivery.
