Symptom/Message: Another delivery in progress.
Possible Cause: Previous delivery was not completed and LCRII register will not allow another delivery to begin.
Possible Remedy:
1. Power on bobtail.
2. Turn knob on LCRII register to PRINT.
3. Power off bobtail.
4. Turn knob on LCRII register to RUN.
5. Power on bobtail and start delivery on FDA.
Symptom/Message: Reset Delivery 8000 ms timed out.
Possible Cause: Tablet was not receiving power while delivery being made on FDA.
Possible Remedy: Plug power into tablet.
Symptom/Message: Reset Delivery.
Possible Cause: Bluetooth Adapter not receiving power.
Possible Remedy:
1. Verify Bluetooth adapter is receiving power (blinking lights will appear on bluetooth adapter to indicate receiving power).
2. Click on Reset Delivery.
Symptom/Message: Spinning icon after starting delivery
Possible Cause: Printer issue
Possible Remedy:
1. Verify printer is powered on.
2. Verify green or blue light is lit on printer (no amber light is lit).
3. Verify printer has plenty of paper.
4. Verfiy cable connections to printer are tight.
5. Turn off / Turn on printer.
Symptom/Message: Printing Top Ticket (continuously showing)
Possible Cause: Printer issue
Possible Remedy:
1. Verify printer is powered on.
2. Verify green or blue light is lit on printer (no amber light is lit).
3. Verify printer has plenty of paper.
4. Verfiy cable connections to printer are tight.
Symptom/Message: Connecting (continuously)
Possible Cause: Bluetooth adapter
Possible Remedy:
1. Verify Bluetooth adapter is turned on.
2. Verify power cable connections to Bluetooth adapter are tight.
3. Verify flashing light on Bluebooth adapter.
Symptom/Message: Failed to connect / RECONNECT
1. Verify green or blue light is lit on printer (no amber light is lit).
2. Verify Bluetooth adapter is turned on.
3. Click on RECONNECT.
Symptom/Message: No response after clicking on Start Delivery
Possible Cause: No connection to Bluetooth adapter
Possible Remedy:
1. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on tablet.
2. Verify Airplane Mode is disabled on tablet.
