Portal Users

Customers that are using the customer portal that has been linked to a company website.

Go to Customers, Portal users to veiw all portal users or go to a customer account, Settings, Portal.


Identify Customers That Have Pending Registration for Customer Portal

In Portal users, Filter, Status is pending_registration, click on Add.


Re-send Customer Confirmation

If status is Pending registration, click on View.
In Events, if Confirmation sent date/time is older than 24 hours you may click on Resend confirmation to resend a confirmation email allowing the customer to complete the portal registration process.


Lock / Unlock Users

Locking customer prevents customer from using the portal. Unlocking customer allows customer to user the portal.


Link Customer Account

User may Link additional customer account(s) to the account allowing a single user to make payments on these accounts in the portal.


Unlink Portal User from a Customer Account

Clicking on Unlink will unlink the portal user from the account.


Block Portal User from Linking to the Customer Account

While viewing portal user, click on Block linking to this Customer.
