Go to customer account, Locations, Click on Actions, New Location.
Customer account may have many Locations.
Number: Assigned by FuelMor. You may edit this entry. Driver will see this on the FDA.
Alternative Customer name: This name of this person that is present at the Location but is not responsible for account payment. If a name is entered here the driver will see the name on FDA. If no name is entered here the driver will see the account owner name on the FDA.
Zone: Is selected from entries managed at hamburger, FuelMor Settings, Zones.
Delivery Method: Will Call, Keep Full (auto fill), Metered.
Call night before, Call on the way: When checked these will show up when deliveries are assigned to a route.
Gate code: Driver will see on FDA
Delivery instructions: Text entered here will be included in every delivery created and driver will see in the FDA. This is used for repeat instructions. Examples are where tank is located on property or leave ticket at front door, etc.
Description: Only FuelMor Office users see text entered.
Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip: Address where fuel is delivered, services provided, parts sold.
When Locations is created the geolocation in latitude and longitude is created and saved in the Location. Each time a delivery is delivered at the Location, FuelMor will update the geolocation in the Location. Enable Lock geolocation to prevent geolocation from changing when delivery is delivered or address is changed.
Fuel product: Fuel unit price per gallon. Is selected from entries managed at hamburger, FuelMor Settings, Charge Items (with Sale type fuel).
Tax zone group: Sales tax is selected from entries managed at hamburger, FuelMor Settings, Tax Zone Groups. If the Location has sales tax for sale of products, services or fuel a tax zone group should be applied.
Additional Charges: Items typed into field and selected are managed at hamburger, FuelMor Settings, Charge Items. For convenience, these charges will be automatically added when creating a delivery.
Attachments: Uploading file(s) from your computer are viewed in the Location and driver will see on FDA. Recommended to upload PDF format as PDF format provides ease of zooming for driver in FDA and friendly print to paper.
Click on Create Location and observe "Location success created" at top of screen.
