Create a Customer Delivery in Customer Location
Creating a delivery for a customer while in a customer location is explained here.
Go to customer account, Locations, Click on New Delivery for the Location.
The driver will see all the following on the FuelMor Driver App (FDA).
- Requested delivery date: The date the customer provided or you suggest.
- Start percent: Percent in tank. If not known, enter a best guess.
- Priority: High selection will display a red triangle on the FDA.
- Pickup Payment: Cash or Check. Driver will be flagged that Pickup Payment is requested. Driver may elect to enter the payment into FDA or not.
- Tasks: Those selected will show a check box on FDA for the driver to check off when completed.
- Note: This note only applies to this delivery. The driver will see this on the FDA.
- Fill: Check the box for a fill.
- Line Items: Will pull information from the Location, view, Settings. You may modify the amount and unit price.
- Name or slug: You may add additional charges by typing in the charge.
- Memo: What ever is in this field the customer will view on the invoice.
- Click on Create Delivery and verify at top of screen "Delivery successfully created".
