Customer Notes are intended to be notes specific to a customer. Customer Notes are not viewed by the customer or the driver.
Pin this note allows the note to be pinned at the top of the customer account screen. Pinning a note can serve as a reminder when you go to the customer account.
Customer Notes are also displayed on the Customer Overview screen.
