Customer Payment Plan is a way for customers to budget their payments. Payment Plan is not a loan or credit for the customer account. If the customer does not make a payment on the Payment Plan there is no consequence for past due. Customer can see their Payment Plan on a customer statement.
Go to customer account, Settings, customer Payment Plan to create, update or delete.
Optionally, you may create, update or delete customer Payment Plan at customer account, Overview.
