Customer Portal where you can view and manage the use of the portal for a customer.
Go to customer account, Settings, Portal.
Portal Users linked with this Customer
This will appear if a portal user has been linked with a customer account.
- Click on view to see the details of the link.
- Unlink will unlink the customer account to the portal user.
- Link Customer allows you to link a different customer account to the same portal user. Doing this will allow the portal user to see all linked accounts in their portal. The customer may also link additional customer accounts.
Note: When the customer registers for the use of the customer portal they are sent a confirmation email to the email address they entered to register. If they do not open their email and complete the portal registration process within 24 hours after the confirmation email was sent the invite will expire.
To resend an email confirmation to the customer you may click on "Resend confirmation".
