Location Search allows you to search customer locations to determine customer locations that need propane. You may then select many customer locations, create deliveries and assign to a route.
Go to hamburger, Delivery Center, Location Search
Filter
Click on Filter, select Delivery Method and other filters as you like.
Click on Search to see the search results.
Click on Filter to hide or display the Filter options.
Columns
Click on Columns and enable those columns you would like to see in the search results.
Click on Apply.
View Location or Customer
Click on the 3 dots to the right of a Location and click on View Location or View Customer.
Create Deliveries
Click on check box for locations you would like to create delivery.
Click on Create Deliveries.
Enter Requested delivery date.
Select Route is you would like.
Click on Create.
Click on link "Deliveries are being created. View progress here" and confirm the deliveries were created. If a delivery is not created, go to the customer Location and verify that the Location has a tank and a Fuel Product.
