Customer Fuel Gallon Usage Report allows you to view propane gallons delivered to each customer.
This report is designed to provide a suggested customer monthly payment plan dollar amount. However, this report may be used to learn the total gallons delivered to each customer.
Note: Includes only propane delivered while FuelMor has been in use.
Go to hamburger, Reports, Customer Fuel Usage Report.
Calculate Monthly Dollar Payment Plan Suggestion
Go to hamburger, Reports, Customer Usage Report.
Dates: Enter Start and End dates for past period of time to display gallons delivered. Example: January 1st to December 31st of previous year.
Months: The number of months into the future. Typically, 12 months.
Unit Price: Propane unit price projected for the Months.
Payment Plan Customers: Check box if only for current Payment Plan Customers.
Click on Save.
Display Gallons Delivered to Each Customer
Go to hamburger, Reports, Customer Usage Report.
Dates: Enter Start and End dates for past period of time.
Months: Enter any number of months as is not applicable for this report.
Unit Price: Enter any dollar amount as is not applicable for this report.
Payment Plan Customers: Check box if only for current Payment Plan Customers.
Click on Save.
