- Sales by State Report displays posted invoices by state between selected dates.This report shows totals by month and state for posted Invoice, Credit Memo, and Debit Memo transactions.The state is decided by one of the following:
- If the transaction is associated to a Location, the Location's Address's state is used
- If the transaction's Customer has a Billing Address, the Billing Address state is used
- If the transaction is not associated to a Location or Billing Address, the transaction is shown as "No State"
- NOTE: Customers with multiple Billing Addresses will cause the transaction to display in each different Billing Address state.
