Emails are sent by FuelMor in the background and do not use your email address or your internet. The received email will display sent from information as is configured in hamburger, FuelMor Settings, Emailing.
Customers receive emails for statements and invoices based on the settings in the customers Billing Methods.
For emailing invoices, if the customer account has an Email Billing Method set for invoices and not deactivated, email will be sent to the customer when an invoice is posted or optionally when delivery is completed.
For emailing statements, if the customer account has an Emailing Method set for statements and not deactivated, email will be sent to the customer when a statement is posted.
