Direct Pay allows customers to click the “Pay Now” link included in an emailed invoice or statement and make a payment by credit card, debit card, or ACH.
The Direct Pay link remains active for 30 days from the date the invoice or statement is emailed. If the customer needs additional time to make the payment, the invoice or statement may be emailed again to provide a new 30-day payment period.
Customer opens emailed invoice and clicks on Pay Now.
Customer enters payment information. May pay invoice amount, balance or other amount.
